1. acceptance of terms & sandbox access
by deploying automated applicant nodes, running resume scoring scripts, or using the prelaunch sandbox tools on offermog.ai, you agree to comply with these terms. if you do not agree to these rules, do not configure resume schemas or authorize outbound email tokens.
2. user account & outreach node deployment
users are fully responsible for the activities of their outreach nodes. you agree not to:
- bypass platform application rate limits (which are default set to respect recruiter receiving servers).
- generate false, deceptive, or misleading resume experiences intended to commit employment fraud.
- scrape other candidate resumes or reverse-engineer the underlying schema translation code.
3. fair use of automated agent nodes
offermog ai provides intelligent automation loops to ease applicant friction. however, bulk outreach spamming is strictly prohibited. our engine enforces automated guardrails (maximum 50 automated email outreach tasks per client node per day).
violators who attempt to hack or disable these rate limits will have their OAuth permissions revoked and their platform nodes permanently suspended.
4. limitation of liability & accuracy of models
offermog is an AI assistance layer. while our score estimations and ATS parsers are highly accurate, we do not guarantee job offers, screening success, or flawless email translations. users must review and audit tailored resumes and emails before launching active applications.
offermog industries is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from automated outreach activities or application rejections.
5. governing law & termination
these terms of service are governed by applicable laws in your operating jurisdiction. we reserve the right to suspend any automated node that violates these parameters without warning or refund of subscription tokens.
